National Representatives

The EAFC has produced many players who have excelled representing both Alberta at the Provincial level, and Canada at the National level. In 2018, seven Wombats players were named to the IC2020 selection roster following a third place finish at the 2018 National championships in Toronto. With the unfortunate cancellation of IC2020 we are now focused on supporting any players that have aspirations of representing their country at IC2023!

Members of the women’s Emus were part of the International Cup champion team at the 2014 International Cup in Melbourne, Australia, and both Wombats and Emus represented Canada at the last International cup in 2017. The Edmonton Australian Football Club also had members attend the 2017 London Footy Carnival in London, England.
